These terms keep things clear for both of us. By using ListingWatch, you're agreeing to them.

What ListingWatch does

ListingWatch monitors the public Google Business Profile listings you ask us to watch. We check each listing on a regular schedule (roughly every 6 hours) and email you a plain-English alert when we detect a change to fields like hours, phone number, website, name, address, category, rating, review count, or listing status.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a free 14-day watch. No payment details are collected for the trial, and it ends automatically — if you don't choose a plan, you're simply never billed.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; your monitoring continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.

What we can't promise

We report on data that Google makes publicly available, so a few honest limits apply. Changes are detected at the next scheduled check, not the instant they happen. We can't prevent changes, edits, or suspensions to your listing — our job is to make sure you find out fast. And if Google changes what listing data is publicly available, the fields we can monitor may change too.

Acceptable use

Only ask us to monitor listings for businesses you own, manage, or have permission to watch on someone's behalf (for example, as their agency).

Liability

ListingWatch is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the three months before the claim.

ListingWatch is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
