Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
ListingWatch is a small, founder-run service, and this policy is written the way our alerts are: in plain English.
What we collect
When you request a free watch or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your business name, your email address, and (if you include it) a Google Maps link to your listing. To provide the service itself, we look only at the public information on the Google Business Profile you ask us to watch — the same listing anyone can see on Google Maps.
How we use it
We use your information to set up monitoring, send you alerts and service emails, and reply when you contact us. That's the complete list.
What we never do
We don't sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. We will never ask for your Google account password, and we never access your Google account — monitoring works entirely from public listing data.
Where your information lives
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. Alerts and service emails are delivered to the email address you provide.
Your choices
Want your information updated or deleted? Send a message through the form on our homepage and it will be handled promptly. If you stop using ListingWatch, monitoring stops and your listing data stops being collected.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
